The Mediterranean Style. A Healthier Way to Eat

Learn how to prepare several famous Italian dishes by actually cooking with the instructor. Each session consists of the preparation of a variety of dishes of the traditional Italian cuisine. Classes focus on preparing appetizers, first and second courses, and desserts. Ingredients and equipment are provided. Each session also offers explanations on culinary customs, historical curiosities on ingredients, techniques, and social customs related to food. The meal is then enjoyed at the end of each class.
